where the questions live an exploration of humans in nature photoWhere the Questions Live: An Exploration of Humans in Nature is a curiosity-driven, format-bending romp with artist Wes Sam-Bruce, that investigates the connections, metaphors, and experiences of human beings within the natural world.

This spirited, interactive art installation features a colorful variety of engaging structures, dimensional murals, transformed objects, hidden spaces, meditative poetry and hands-on activities.

'It's an exhibition for kids that's secretly for adults.' - Artist Wes Sam-Bruce

Visitors will be immersed by the artist’s original artwork in paint or wood on the walls, ceiling and floor.

This exhibition also features an original soundscape, scored by award-winning composer Ruth Mendelson.

Best known for his immersive, story-saturated exhibitions, Sam-Bruce creates a site-specific, multi-sensory, installation at PEM that functions as an enveloping world within a world.
