Have you ever been to the MFA to see Art in Bloom? Well, 'Books in Bloom' is happening at Cary Library. June 9-11. Come see what Lexington Field & Garden club member have created!
This year Regina Sutton is co-chairing this event with Susan Eastland at Cary Library.
Both women decided this would be a unique and surprising way, using floral arrangements, to complement book titles.
Susan selected twenty-five interesting novels while Regina reached out to LFGC members to participate.
And so “Books in Bloom” was born!
Twelve garden club members have volunteered their creative talents.
Each member has selected a book and will surprise us with their floral arrangement.
