Learn how food makes its way from the farm to the dining room table.

Meet our oxen and see multiple teams demonstrate plowing and preparing the fields.

Learn more about heritage breed animals and talk with breeders.
Savor samples at field-to-table food demonstrations with renowned area chefs who will prepare iconic New England dishes, purchase a meal at a food court, and stroll through an exhibit of locally grown fruits, vegetables and flowers presented by home gardeners.

Watch interpreters cook with tomatoes and quince.

Help pick apples and taste the different heirloom varieties.

The Cider Mill will be operating this weekend (and most weekends in October), with apples ground by ox-power on Saturday and the pulp pressed for its juice on Sunday.

You can even get in on the act with a hand-powered 'cider mill'.
