This is a cultural historical event which has been ongoing for 279 years. We bring together families, community, businesses and organizations for a day of family fun.

8:00 a.m. Families arrive for fun, food, and family gathering
9:00 a.m. Entertainment Begins
10:30 a.m.. Vendors arrive/Kids corner (bouncy house)begins/Basketball information

12:00 noon Black Picnic Day formerly Negro Election Day Parade
1:30 p.m. Awards
2:00 p.m. Entertainment begins
