The City of Worcester and the Worcester Cultural Coalition are pleased to announce the return of the Out to Lunch Festival and Farmers’ Markets for 2022!

Out To Lunch will be held on the Worcester Common from 11am to 2pm August 4th, August 18th, and September 1st, with a rain date of Thursday, September 8th.

Now in its 12th year, Out to Lunch events are free and open to the public, hosting musical performances, local artists and crafters, area restaurants, farmers, and community organizations and nonprofits.

Headlining Act: East Coast Soul describes themselves as “more than a band.

We are a collective of Boston, New York, and New England's finest musicians.

We are a boutique collective of elite ensembles, each based on the same core repertoire and performance style, but inspired by the unique energy of their musicians and vocalists”.

Intermission Act: Crocodile River Music brings a fully interactive and participatory workshop in West African Dance and Music.

Students will learn and practice steps from traditional West African dances, while listening to live musical accompaniment provided by members of the CRM team.

This high-energy experience is engaging and educational for students of all ages, backgrounds, and capabilities.

As with all City of Worcester events, the latest COVID-19 guidance will be observed to ensure public safety.
