Join us for a day where play meets learning at the 14th Annual Day of Play Family Festival, proudly presented by Edward Street!This free, one-day community celebration features more than 60 interactive activities spread across eight themed play areas, all designed to highlight how young children learn and grow through play.
Held at the beautiful Elm Park, the festival draws over 5,000 attendees each year and reaches more than 10,000 families through a companion monthly newsletter filled with family-friendly activities and resources.
Thanks to the generous support of local sponsors, community partners, and dedicated volunteers, we’re able to offer this joyful event free of charge.
From musical performances and art projects to an obstacle course, STEM activities, and early literacy games, there’s something for everyone in the family to enjoy.
Children can dive into book readings, hands-on experiments, and creative play—all thoughtfully designed to be both fun and educational.
