What to expect:
FIGMENT is a free, participatory arts festival that invites people of all ages to play, engage, and make. This event blurs the line between artist and audience, creator and non-creator.
Everything you see at FIGMENT grows from a simple desire to share imagination with the community, and art and activities span every medium, especially whatever you bring.
We invite artists, activists, dreamers, and makers to create experiences that shift the public from spectator to participant, in the art, the urban landscape, and their community. We welcome both traditional and non-traditional work that engages a broad, family friendly audience.
You're invited to pARTicipate by bringing your creative spirit, whether through costumes, instruments, games to share, or art materials to inspire collaboration. Whatever you can dream up is welcome.
