A family-friendly concert, cookout, art show and field day at beautiful Winnekenni Castle in Haverhill! Event proceeds benefit the Haverhill High School Fine Arts Department.

The Steve Lyons Fund will host the 4th Annual Steve Lyons Memorial Rock Out!

Cookout at Winnekenni Castle in Haverhill on Saturday, Aug.

22, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The family-friendly concert, cookout, art show and field day is open to all ages.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Haverhill High School Fine Arts Department.

More than 50 local musicians, including several area youth bands, will be performing live throughout the day.

An art show, raffles, and children’s games will also be held.

Barbecue, burgers, hot dogs and other snacks will be provided to ticket holders at no additional charge.

This year’s Rock Out!

Cookout lineup includes: Division Tree, Coda Sky, Tap Dead Centre, Taken, Found Piece, Dan Depiano, Chris & Candace, Jeff Royds, Lee Murray, the youth musicians of Be Imagine Music Studio (Flip the Page, Shrinking Violets, Blue Crush, Valhalla, Be Imagine Vocal Students) and the youth musicians of DeAngelis Music Studio (Teen Jammers, Bunker Hill, Knife Fights w/Mark, Deviant, The Warren Sisters).

For the second consecutive summer, proceeds from the Rock Out!

Cookout will benefit the Haverhill High School Fine Arts Department.

In 2014, the Steve Lyons Fund donated $3,000 to the department.

The donation was used to pay for students’ set construction materials, art supplies and photography supplies for multiple events throughout the school year.

The Steve Lyons Fund is a 501 (c) (3) public charity run by the family and friends of Steven William Lyons, 23, of Haverhill, who passed away in 2007.

The annual Rock Out!

Cookout is his legacy.

Since its formation in 2007, the Steve Lyons Fund has raised over $15,000 at annual fundraisers in Haverhill.

Past beneficiaries include The Sad Cafe, Massachusetts Special Olympics, Boy Scouts of America and Reid’s Ride for Cancer Research.

The Rock Out!

Cookout is made possible through generous support from Pentucket Bank, Haverhill Bank, Newmarket International, AHEPA-Haverhill Foundation, Inc., Sho Nuf BBQ and many other local businesses.

Pre-sale tickets to the Rock Out!

Cookout are $15 and available for purchase online at stevelyonsfund.bigcartel.com, or at Positive Images Gallery, 53 Wingate St., Haverhill.

Event admission is $20 at the gate.The maximum price for a family (two adults, four kids) is $50 and children ages 10 and under accompanied by a paying adult will be admitted for free.

The Rock Out!

Cookout is a rain-or-shine event.
