Proceeds to support the children and adolescents with autism who attend the school.
This event promises to be fun for all ages with carnival activities, games, and great raffle prizes!

DIRECTIONS FROM ROUTE 95 North:
Heading North on Route 95, take Exit 36 - Washington Street Woburn/Reading. At end of exit ramp turn left onto
Washington St. Follow Washington Street to the next set of lights. (Pier One Imports will be on your right) There
are two left-turn lanes. You want to be in the right-most left-turn lane before you get to the set of lights. Take a left
onto Mishawum Road and stay in the Right Lane. At the bottom of the hill bear Right onto Commerce Way. (You
will see the Woburn Mall on your left.) Take the Second Left into the office park (which is right after the Woburn
Mall). You will see the sign for 1018 and 20-30 Commerce Way. Follow the sign for the Winchester Endoscopy
Unit (white and purple). Go straight until you see the Winchester Endoscopy Unit building on your Right and take
the Right (you will only be able to take a Right as the marshland will be in front and the barrier to the mall on your
left). When you reach the end of that building park in any of the open spots. There is a fenced turf playground; the
front entrance to the school is located at the top of the steps and ramp and is marked The May Institute – R on the
door in white lettering.

Way. (You will see the Woburn Mall on your left.) Take the Second Left into the office park (which is right after the
Woburn Mall). You will see the sign for 10-18 and 20-30 Commerce Way. Follow the sign for the Winchester

From Points South and North take Exit 37C-Commerce Way. Follow the ramp to the light. Take the left onto
Commerce Way. You will see Petco and Target on your left. Continue straight on Commerce Way for 0.8 miles.
You will see the sign for 10-18 and 20-30 Commerce Way. Turn right at this sign onto Commerce Way into the
office park. Follow the sign for the Winchester Endoscopy Unit (white and purple). Go straight until you see the
Winchester Endoscopy Unit building on your Right and take the Right (you will only be able to take a Right as the
marshland will be in front and the barrier to the mall on your left). When you reach the end of that building park in

DIRECTIONS BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Take Orange or Green to North Station. Take Commuter Rail to the Anderson/Woburn Station. The station is
located on Atlantic Avenue. Go out of Atlantic Avenue to the intersection with Commerce Way. Turn right onto
Commerce Way and walk down .9 miles and turn right into the office park. Walk down to the end of the office park
(past the Winchester Endoscopy Unit) and walk around to the back. There is a fenced area with a May Institute
banner on it. There is a fenced turf playground; the front entrance to the school is located at the top of the steps
and ramp and is marked The May Institute – R on the door in white lettering!
