Bowl for a Goal is presented by Arbella Insurance and is an opportunity for fans to mingle with Revolution players and local Special Olympic athletes.
Throughout the evening, prizes will be raffled off and there will be a silent auction, which, in addition to signed Revolution memorabilia, is expected to include items such as framed jerseys autographed by Tom Brady, Isaiah Thomas, the 2015 Boston Bruins, Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean, AC/DC, memorabilia from MLS teams, and much more.
All proceeds from the event will benefit Special Olympics Massachusetts to provide year-round sports training, athletic competitions, and programming for more than 13,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities annually.
Last year’s inaugural event raised more than $60,000 for Special Olympics Massachusetts and brought Revs players, fans, and Special Olympians together for a night of bowling and fun.
General admission tickets can be purchased for a $25 donation to Special Olympics Massachusetts at www.revolutionsoccer.net/bowlforagoal.
Funds raised at the event will be presented to Special Olympics Massachusetts prior to the Revs’ home game on Saturday, August 20 when New England takes on Columbus Crew SC at Gillette Stadium.
