Families and teams welcome.
Teams and individuals participating in memory of loved ones lost to suicide are highlighted during the event.
In addition to the Run/Walk, we will have a Family Fun Festival with children's activities, food, auction, raffle, and giveaways.
We will also have our Grief Support Services Ribbon Wall for individuals to remember their loved ones.
Prizes for top runners and fundraisers!
More than 2,500 participants will raise $400,000 for Samaritans, a nonprofit agency dedicated to reducing the risk of suicide, the second leading cause of death for Massachusetts youth and the nation’s tenth leading cause of death for all ages.
All proceeds help fund Samaritans’ life saving services, including our 24/7 text & phone Helpline, Community Education and Outreach, and Grief Support Services for those who have lost a loved one to suicide.
These vital services are available to families, friends, and neighbors, free of charge.
Samaritans answers calls from Greater Boston, MetroWest, our statewide toll-free number, and MA calls to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

PARKING
There will be various lots available for parking on the morning of Saturday, September 29th. All lots will be located on Soldiers Field Road in Brighton, MA 02135.SHUTTLE TO ARTESANI PARK
There will be a shuttle available on Saturday, September 29th to the 5K from Alewife Station on the red line, where there is plentiful parking available.
First Shuttle: 7:45am Leaving Alewife Station
Last Shuttle: 12:30pm Leaving Artesani Park
Shuttle will run every 15 minutes
Tickets: $2.00
Shuttle will be picking up and dropping off at the Cambridgepark Dr. side of the station.
