During this demonstration, Kristin will bring forth messages of wisdom, validation and healing
from the guides and guardians of the people in attendance.

As a group you will be guided through a series of energetic exercises that will enable you to engage your psychic sensibilities and tune into your intuition.

The energy of our homes and workspaces impact our energy for better or worse.
In this practical mini workshop we will explore techniques to clear and protect your home.
Qigong for a Healthy Spine
Qigong for a healthy spine is designed to clear stagnant energy that’s held in the back and neck.
Holding tension wastes much of our precious energy and this exercise routine will help release the neck and back thereby letting go of tension.
These exercises will help improve circulation, improve mobility in the spine, enliven the spine and get energy flowing.
Qigong for Stress and Anxiety
In our fast-paced society many of us feel overwhelmed and anxious on a regular basis.
Qigong exercises help us tap into our parasympathetic nervous system which sends a message to the body to relax.
It is in this relaxed state that our bodies will heal themselves.
This Qigong routine will help calm the body and mind, improve sleep and help your body relax and heal.
Qigong for Connecting with our Environment
Qigong originated by observing nature and the animals and elements in it.
The 5 elements, or phases, catalogue the cyclical stages of growth and decline inherent in all life processes.
If we can learn to live in harmony with the cycles of the natural world we will have better health and longer life, harmonious relationships, and a healthier planet.
This Qigong routine connects us with our environment, which is composed of the 5 elements in endless variations.

HOW THE EVENT WILL BE ORGANIZED:
Practitioners will have sign up sheets and will be offering 10-30 minutes sessions.
When you arrive be sure to get your appointment time.
The cost of this event is a donation of $15.00, 100% of your donation will be going to the Clothing Connection.
Henna will be an additional $15 and 1/2 of that will be donated to The Clothing Connection.
The Clothing Connection was created because some parents and teachers in the Salem Public Schools were noticing that many children in our school system needed clothes.
So instead of hand me downs, these children get brand new clothing.
Time is taken to find out about what the students favorite colors are and their personal style preferences!

Michelle Foss-Zampino

Veronica Arabudzki
Veronica is a self taught artist.
She has been painting or drawing since she was old enough to hold a piece of chalk.
With decades of painting and drawing experience, and her love of nature and spirituality creating henna designs came naturally to her.
