Learn to make pasta from scratch with expert pasta makers while supporting a great cause.Canopy by Hilton and Seven Hills Pasta Co. are teaming up to help raise funds for Special Olympics Massachusetts.
On February 27, join the two organizations for a special pasta making class, with 100% of ticket sales going to support Special Olympics Massachusetts.
During the class, participants will learn to make and shape their own dough while exploring the culinary traditions of the shapes and recipes they are making.
Following the instructional portion of the class, participants will finish the evening with a tasting of a farm to table pasta dish using locally sourced ingredients as well as a complimentary glass of wine.
