Virtual Race in support of World Water Day with The Waterworks Museum
World Water Day celebrates the importance of freshwater in all of our lives.
We at the Metropolitan Waterworks Museum are committed to telling the stories of our struggles to access safe water in history, and how we are still working to combat this issue today.
With water at the heart of many present and future global concerns, our museum aims to not only share how we can learn from our experiences in the past, but to shine a light on the many water challenges we face today as well as the tools we can use to tackle them.
Like many organizations, the COVID-19 pandemic has taken a toll on our institution.
We hope you will consider supporting our non-profit museum and mission by participating in our World Water Day Virtual Race.
(All proceeds will support museum programs, operations, and exhibits)
