To encourage time in nature, familiarity with the natural world, and a time for parents and children to get together outdoors, new farm-based infant/toddler stroller walks will be held at Appleton Farms on Wednesdays this summer from 9:15-10:15am.

Come to one or all of the sessions and explore the farmyard, fields, and forest, and imagine hidden worlds beneath our feet and above our heads.

Children and their caregivers will have the opportunity to take in fresh air, be with other families, and walk new trails on the farm.

This is a great opportunity for parents and their kids to learn new trails at the farm as our Farm Educator leads the group on a walk throughout the farmstead.

Great time to socialize with other parents and get your kids in nature, unwind and relax at the farm!

Join us right after for Story Hour at 10:30 to extend your fun on the farm!

This program is intended as a walk for parents with children in strollers.

Please arrive ready with a trail-ready stroller.

Pre-registration is highly recommended for this program.

This program will start at the Farmhouse.

Please park in the Farmhouse parking lot.

Program Dates: Every Wednesday 9:15-10:15am September 1-28.

Recommended for ages 0-2; babes in backpacks are welcome.
