Calling all babies and small children. Wednesday, October 31, 2018

The Museum of the National Center of Afro-American Artists, The Boston Juneteenth Committee and The Annette McCarty Art Studio, LLC, present a day for fun and fall activities of the very young.

The Pumpkin Parade is celebrating a special audience of babies to small children who live in the neighborhood of the Museum. Babies, small children, parents, guardians, and teachers are invited to participate in the Pumpkin Parade, the Pumpkin Dance Off, Face Painting, the Golden Pumpkin Hunt, and other Tricks n’ Treats!

Please Note
This event is not designed to scare children. Please do not wear costumes that depict blood, death, prison or jail, or violence. Do not bring swords, knives, guns, weapons. Do not wear clown costumes or masks. Sexy outfits that show midriffs or other inappropriate exposure will not be allowed.

The Museum of the National Center of Afro-American Artists

Children will gather at “Eternal Presence,” the monumental head. Everyone must come dressed in their costume. Face paint will be applied for those who want a polished overall look for their costume.
Free for all children (0-10 years old).
