We welcome all well-trained dogs to show off their best Halloween costume.
All dogs receive a prize and there will be judges to determine Best Costume, Scariest Costume, Most Creative Costume, and Best Dog and Human Duo Costume!
All attending are encouraged to come in costume.
Located in the Downtown Crossing Summer Street pedestrian zone outside of Macy's.
