Gather your Peeps and hop on down to the enchanted world of Peter Cottontail's carrot patch. A magical garden awaits you.
This super cute eggs-travaganza includes a gift bag of goodies, toys & games, meeting Mr. & Mrs. Peter Cottontail, trotting on a mechanical pony, real Easter bunny, baby ducklings, crafts, family photo-op backdrops (bring your camera), an unbeatable egg hunt, obstacle course, moon bounce, over 40 traditional outdoor games and a basket full of fun!
Recommended for ages 11 and younger but all ages are welcome.
Enjoy time as a family and welcome in Spring April 17,18,19 for the full event and April 12 & 13 for family photographs, Spring room and egg hunt only (no outdoor games/bring your camera) See details below.

Each ticket covers entry for one child and up to two adults.
Boston and Worcester families- this is a wonderful event in the countryside, right off 495.
Please be careful in selecting your ticket date and time for purchase as we find customers in toggling on the purchase pages get reverted by the system to the first day of the event.

Easter Weekend- if your preferred ticket time is sold out: join the Eventbrite waitlist or come to the farm and buy tickets with EXACT CHANGE in cash at the door.
We do not recommend calling as staff will be busy with the event.

Welcome to the Egg Hunt:
Arrival: Park on Sawyerhill road and walk up the lower driveway of Berlin Farms to the stone steps.
If you need to use the bathroom the port-a-potty is on the lower driveway next to the truckport.
Top of the hour for your ticketed time: Arrive with a paper ticket/QR code and wait behind the white stanchion barrier for Peter Rabbit.
If you have not purchased a ticket bypass pictures and proceed directly down the stone path to check-in.
A hand-cleaning station will be set-up.
Take pictures with Mr. Bunny: The Easter bunny doesn't speak and will wave to signal to take portraits in front of the backdrop and in front of the stone steps of the house.
Adults are welcome in pictures.
If a child seems fearful please have a parent take a picture first 1:1 with the bunny.
Take up to 10 pictures.
Full family portrait?
- Ask the family behind you to help by using your camera to get a full family portrtait.

Get ready for the Egg Hunt: Proceed down the stone path to check-in and take a left.
Have your paper ticket or QR code or exact change ready and take your basket from the attendant.

For hygiene purposes you may want to bring your own basket.
Baskets are supplied.
If you bring your own basket, for environmental reasons, plastic or paper 'grass' is prohibited.
Egg Return/Gift Bag: Once your child has collected all her/his eggs return the full egg basket for a goody bag!
Please RETURN BASKETS TO THE ATTENDANT & PICK-UP ANY CANDY WRAPPERS.
Games: Play games and enjoy the outdoors free of computers/electronics.
Don't forget to go inside to the Spring room to the left of check-in.

Exit 495. Turn left toward Berlin. Berlin Farms is 1/4 mile down central st/rt 62 on the right. Turn right onto Sawyerhill Rd and park roadside.

- N.B: Peter Cottontail is outside at the top of each hour for 15 minutes. If you are late and the bunny has gone inside, please take pictures at top of the next hour when he comes out again. While supplies last, complimentary bottled water, popsicles and ice cream sandwiches will be provided. There is no food allowed in the Spring room nor on the moon bounce.
- Children must be supervised at all times. Do not tease/touch the animals. Animals bite.
