In addition to New Year’s Eve food and beverage specials, guests can enjoy Nautilus classics like the infamous Blue Crab Fried Rice, Two Hawaiian Poke, or the Whole Roasted Peking Duck, along with seasonal New England fare like their recently added Nantucket Bay Scallop Khao Soi.In-house sommelier, Brittany Tangora, will be offering wine pairings throughout the evening for those looking to elevate their dining experience.

As the countdown to midnight begins, the celebration builds—each hour, the bar will ring in the new year early by highlighting, sampling, and celebrating the top-selling cocktails of 2025, leading up to the final toast.
Around 9 p.m., the bar area transitions into a Nauti party like no other, featuring disco-inspired tunes, no cover, and endless ways to celebrate—whether that means sipping elevated ABV-free concoctions, splurging on champagne and caviar service, or discovering a new favorite cocktail.
