Button Hole is a non-profit initiative governed by The Golf Foundation of Rhode Island and dedicated to providing a short course and teaching center focused on kids and 'golf, the greatest game.'

Lessons
Lessons are offered on an ongoing basis all Spring & Summer.
Kids 5 -6 years old: $8 for one-hour lessons.
Kids 7 & over can start with the Beginner Program of 6 Lessonsfor $100. Program graduates can then play the course for $1 (with adult supervision) and take higher level classes.
Adult classes are also available.

Camps
All aspects of the game are covered, from fundamentals to course management, etiquette & rules, and also including exercises & nutrition. For ages 8-17.
Camps run 9:00 am - 2:00 pm, Tuesday thru Thursday all summer

Green Fees
In keeping with its mission, Button Hole's golf course fees reward the accomplishments of Button Hole Kids with play for only $1.00 until they are 18 years old, while providing the adult public with affordable and accessible golf. Check the website for details.

About Button Hole
Through the teaching of 'A Lesson In Golf...A Lesson in Life,' young people from all backgrounds learn life's lessons of honesty, humility, and perseverance while gaining respect for the environment and their community. Button Hole is truly a 'kid's field of dreams.' We greened a gravel pit and turned it into an oasis of recreation where within the game of golf, differences in age, gender, and ethnicity disappear and provide an extraordinary mentoring opportunity.
