The editor is a detail-oriented storyteller, craftsperson, organizer, and technician.

We often rediscover and sometimes reinvent our stories in the edit.

Through demonstrations and hands-on exercises, students will learn the post-production process, storytelling, and editing techniques.

We will weave and layer moving images and sounds with Adobe Premiere and use the three-point editing method to construct scenes and stories from rough cut to completion.

Schedule:

Summer 22: Mondays and Thursdays, 6-8:30pm, 8/4, 8, 11, 15, 18, 22;

Fall 22: Mondays and Thursdays, 6-8:30pm, 11/10, 14, 17, 21, 28; 12/1

Price: $380 using your own equipment; $530 using our equipment (see below)
