Pregnancy is a wonderful time to meet other expectant parents and make connections in your community. The Prenatal Support group is a forum to bring expectant parents together to discuss concerns, challenges, and experiences related to pregnancy.

This group is a place to share ideas, ask questions, acquire information, and discuss the range of emotions that you may feel during this unique time in your life.

Discussions will be based on participants' questions and interests. Local experts such as doulas, midwives, lactation consultants, and childbirth educators will visit the group periodically to address topics relecant to pregnancy and early parenthood.

* Dealing with aches, pains, and various side effects of pregnancy
* Infant sleep
* Breast and bottle feeding

* Concerns and fears about labor and delivery
* Concerns and fears about becoming a parent
* Introduction to local resources for new parents
