Attend a panel discussion about team building & transition, focusing on transition from early intervention to preschool. Also learn about programs offered by Perkins.

Colin was 3 years old when he was ready to transition out of early intervention.

Hear from Colin’s team to learn how they worked together to create a seamless, successful transition to preschool.

Presentation to include:

*Panel discussion led by Colin’s family, Perkins TVI Brenda Allair and other early intervention team members.
*Remarks from Dorinda Rife, Superintendent of Educational Programs at Perkins.
*Ideas and tips to build a successful team and prepare for transitions for every stage of a child’s education.
*Q & A interactive discussion with audience.
Optional tour of School programs including Perkins Early *Learning Center.

Perkins experts will be available to share additional ideas and resources on topics including:

*Literacy resources for children in New England.
*Assistive technology.
*Outreach Short Courses available to the community.
*Accessible and individualized school services.
*Support and direct services in community settings.
*Independent evaluations.
