The Pantanal, one of the world's largest wetlands, is about 10 times the size of the Everglades and one of the most pristine and biologically rich environments on the planet.

During the rainy season about 80% of the Pantanal floods making the area difficult to visit, while consolidating the spectacular wildlife.

From over 700 species of birds, including jabiru storks, the emblematic hyacinth macaw, wading birds, and tiny endemic antwrens, to 100 species of mammals such as monkeys, capybara, giant otters and jaguars along with fish and reptiles, the Pantanal provides a once in a lifetime bird and wildlife spotting experience.
