All American Assisted Living (AAAL), an affiliate of Kaplan Development Group, LLC, will be hosting an informational session open to the general public about how today’s senior assisted living communities and residences offers new amenities and the latest technology to maintain a quality of life at an affordable cost and what factors to consider when choosing between different models of senior housing.

VP of Sales and Marketing, Seth Dudley, and Director of Community Relations, Carey Flynn, will be presenting “Not Your Father’s Assisted Living – The New Model of Senior Housing”.

Topics will include:

• The relationship between recent healthcare changes and senior housing
• Innovations in assisted living by All American
• How the new model of senior housing offers activities, continuing education opportunities and a sense of community
• The benefits of socialization and companionship for elders

AAAL, slated to open in the summer of 2015 in Raynham, will feature traditional assisted living services along with the Rose Lane Memory Care Community, a place where those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory loss can receive the care, comfort and stimulation they need, all in a secure environment.
