An inspirational story of twin sisters, who struggled through personal and professional challenges to create a non-profit scientific organization, ‘We Speak Science’, and now co-authoring a book, “Good Morning Hope.”

Twin sisters and scientists, Dr. Detina Zalli (Harvard University) and Dr. Argita Zalli (University College, London, UK) would be talking about their real life struggle of escaping from a civil war ravaged home nation to a land of opportunities.

Lecture portrays the tough choices they had to make between life and death, war and freedom, hope and despair.

Come join us to be a part of this riveting story of resilience, commitment to advance in life, and to keep a very positive attitude amidst adverse circumstances.

Speakers:

Dr. Detina Zalli is a Lecturer and Research Scientist, Chair of Harvard Lectures That Last, Consultant of Harvard Leadership Conference, Director of Harvard Biotech Journal Club.

Dr. Argita Zalli is a Lecturer and Research Fellow at University College London (UCL).

She has directed several courses for undergraduate and graduate students.

Her biggest passion is research and sharing her knowledge with others.

Dr. Detina and Dr. Argita are the founders of http://wespeakscience.com/

We Speak Science (WSS) project provides its members with elite opportunities to interact, exchange and obtain meaningful information that creates significant long-term value to future scientists, medical doctors, students, administrators and faculty members.

This event will also include Paul Jensen of ‘The Writer’s Café’ Radio Show.
