This exercise is a platform where you can build on how to clearly connect with your core being.
Learn Muscle Testing (Kinesiology) basics and discover how to communicate with your higher self (subconscious).
Mini demonstrations of various energy healing modalities will be done on audience participants.
Through a combination of lecture, examples and hands-on instruction, this session will teach you the basics of muscle testing (kinesiology) and how it can help you have a better connection and understanding of your animal's needs.
This introductory class will consist of Informational, Practice and Question sessions.
