On Tuesday, October 18th Juliette Kayyem will talk about her new book, Security Mom, and how parents can keep their children safe without immobilizing them from fear.
Kayyem is a leader in America's homeland security efforts.
She is an on air security analyst for CNN and is regularly featured on a WGBH radio program.
Formerly President Obama's Assistant Secretary for Intergovernmental Affairs at the Department of Homeland Security, she is founder of a female-owned security business and is the mother of three.
