Join Newton Mothers' Forum for the first Mothers' Night Out of the year!

Come out on Wednesday, October 5 from 7-9 pm to kick off our popular speaker series.

Our keynote speaker will be Jessica Alpert, producer of WBUR/the NYT's Modern Love podcast.

Ms. Alpert is a radio journalist, documentarian, and oral historian, and is currently a managing producer for program development at WBUR.

The Modern Love podcast is based on the popular New York Times column of the same name.

The show explores previous Modern Love essays, read by actors, and accompanied by music.

Ms. Alpert lives in Somerville with her husband and toddler twins.

Our Community Spotlight Speaker will be Linda Walsh from Newton Cares, a local mental health organization.

To celebrate the launch of an exciting new year of MNOs, we will be meeting at Seasons 52 Restaurant, 220 Boylston Street, Chestnut Hill.

Enjoy wine and heavy appetizers from their seasonally inspired menu in a sophisticated atmosphere.

MNOs are free for members.

Non-members are welcome to attend one Mothers' Night Out at a cost of $10.

Guests who join within 45 days after attending can apply the $10 fee to their membership dues.

If you would like to attend as a guest, please RSVP by emailing [email protected].
