We spend a majority of our time indoors, so what role can building owners play in making those spaces healthier and more climate-friendly?

As the Director of Harvard’s Office for Sustainability, Heather Henriksen is on the frontlines of implementing a holistic approach to sustainability in the built environment, focusing on addressing the twin challenges of climate change (including Harvard’s new climate action goal to be fossil fuel-free by 2050) and enhancing well-being by creating healthier, highly efficient places to learn, work and live.

April’s Design Museum Morning will explore the process of piloting ideas, scaling innovation, and applying systems thinking, using one of the world’s most recognizable Universities as the catalyst for a larger conversation around sustainable design.

Sponsored by Stantec and RepSource, kick your morning off with coffee, breakfast, and compelling insight into a future that is already here.
Doors open at 8:30am; Presentation begins at 9:00am.
