Why is it important to cultivate diversity in the workplace, and how does it affect a company’s creativity, culture, and bottom line?

Join us for a panel discussion on making the business case for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

It’s imperative that businesses begin to more accurately reflect the diverse voices and ideas within their local and global communities.

Join us for a panel discussion on making the business case for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Our Spring UNITE panel will feature ideas around the following questions:

1. Why is it important to cultivate diversity in the workplace?

2. How does it affect a company’s creativity, culture, and bottom line?

3. Who is responsible for ensuring diverse voices are hired and heard within an organization?

Our panel discussion, hosted by A&G and sponsored by Massachusetts Cultural Council, is set to take place on Thursday May 10th.

Hear from a panel of experts and enjoy a night of drinks, light apps, and networking.

Bring your questions and delve into the evolving conversation around what makes a workplace truly thrive.

Doors open at 6:30pm; Discussion begins at 7:00pm.
