First hour of this workshop will focus on the emotional life of being a dad, presented by clinical social worker, author and day, John Carr, LICSW, with discussion to follow.
As dads become more engaged in parenting, navigating the complicated emotions that often come along can be tricky.
Identifying, understanding, soothing and regulating your own emotions, your partner's and your child's can be assisted with some some simple strategies.
