Mr. David Meerman Scott will give a free talk about his experiences with the Apollo space project.

Scott is the co-author of Marketing The Moon: The Selling of the Apollo Lunar Project and also was a consulting producer to the PBS American Experience mini-series Chasing the Moon.

He will display and explain several artifacts from his collection including such items as command module, a LRL moon rock container, a lunar meteorite and an Apollo 13 training star chart used by the astronauts on their missions for the lunar landings.

Meerman will also sign copies of his book and be available for questions
David Ball, who is a NASA/JPL solar ambassador, will moderate the evening and also display some of his astrophilatelic philatelic material and space gear from both the Gemini and Apollo missions.
The day before is free admission to see the special exhibit celebrating the 50th anniversary of the moon landing.
