The digital world is here stay and adults have the responsibility to guide children to use technology responsibly.
In place of using scare tactics, this workshop will provide concrete suggestions on how families with young children can create healthy and balanced screen-time habits by introducing predictable routines and developmentally appropriate rules.
In addition, the workshop will address why children have a difficult time transitioning away from screens and how parents can decrease the inevitable moment of conflict when young children are asked to get off technology.
This workshop is appropriate for parents and caregivers of children 0 – 7 years.
