This event will explore how we can be more authentic and just by following Stoic teachings of Epictetus. A great Stoic philosopher who can teach us much about life.

'The Stoics weren't emotionless statues.

They lived rich, vibrant lives full of meaning and purpose that endured through changing outer circumstances.

They teach us how to recognize what is essential by drawing upon our innate wisdom.

Join us for a workshop that explores questions such as: how can we live a life that's virtuous - both authentic and just?

How can we let go of what we cannot control and have have courage to change the things we can?

In this event, we'll explore teachings from the Stoic philosopher Epictetus who showed us the Art of Living through his Stoic bravery in face of adversity.'
