The Stoics weren't emotionless statues.

They lived rich, vibrant lives full of meaning and purpose that endured through changing outer circumstances.

They teach us how to recognize what is essential by drawing upon our innate wisdom.

Join us for a workshop that explores questions such as: how can we live a life that's virtuous - both authentic and just?

How can we let go of what we cannot control and have had courage to change the things we can?

In this event, we'll explore teachings from the Stoic philosopher Seneca, who showed us that it is not the length one's life that matters, but how one lives in the present moment in pursuit of purpose and meaning.
