Julie Silver, one of the most celebrated performers in the world of contemporary Jewish music today, will be performing a concert for all ages at Congregation Shalom.

With her musical gift of simplicity and beauty and her endearing style, she touches the hearts of audience members of all ages everywhere.

Tickets for this event are $10 for an individual ticket, or $30 max for a family.

Silver tours throughout the world, and has been engaging audiences for over 25 years.

Her roots are deep in New England.

Silver was raised in Newton, MA and graduated from Clark University in Worcester.

One of her first jobs was as an on-air personality at WMJX, Magic 106.7 in Boston.

Her Jewish songs have become so tightly woven into the fabric of American Judaism that they have become “standards” in worship, camp, and academic settings.
Without backing from a major label, Silver has sold more than 100,000 copies of her CDs.
“We are delighted that Julie Silver will be performing at our synagogue,” said Rabbi Shoshana Perry of Congregation Shalom.

“I saw her perform in front of a crowd of 3,000 and she had everyone mesmerized.”
