Is your child always belting out a song?
If yes, then the Concord Youth Chorus Project is for them.
Singing in a group builds students’ confidence as they work towards a common goal, and form strong friendships as part of a community.
Singers, ages 9 -13, receive training in vocal technique and musicianship and explore a wide variety of musical genres including folk, jazz, pop, Broadway, and world music.
To join The Concord Youth Chorus Project, just register online and then contact CCM to schedule an informal 10-minute assessment.
Our open auditions are quick and stress-fee.
No need to prepare anything – just come ready to sing a simple song like “Happy Birthday.” You will also get to meet your director!
Auditions will also be held at the CCM Open House on September 9th from 1 – 3pm—no appointment necessary for these auditions either.
CCM’s Youth Chorus offers voice training and music study with Gabriela Martina, an accomplished singer and recording artist, composer, arranger, band leader, to name a few of her talents.
The Chorus meets on Mondays for an hour from 5 – 6 pm for 14 weeks with classes beginning on September 18th.
CCM aspires to have everyone experience the benefits of singing, regardless of ability or need.
Financial assistance is available, if needed.

The Concord Conservatory of Music is the area’s nonprofit community music school, located at 1317 Main Street in the West Concord Union Church.
