A mainstay of the Boston new music scene, Nick Tolle has traveled the world playing the cimbalom and brings a set of new music written for this distinctive, haunting instrument.
Intimate and intricate music played with precision and lyricism, this is a performance not to miss.
Hailing from New York City, the Nouveau Classical Project, a six person chamber ensemble, has been making waves with a series of cross-disciplinary collaborations merging contemporary music, art and fashion.
For Times Two they bring 'Currents' a new program featuring electro-acoustic works by composers Olga Bell, David Bird, Gabrielle Herbst, and Isaac Schankler.
