Hailed as “one of our most gifted harpsichordists of the younger generation”, Ms Rotaru has performed throughout Europe, South America, USA, and Japan as a soloist and chamber musician.
In 2016, together with her husband, viola player Marius Stabinskas, she founded ensemble MORGAINE which has appeared at the most prestigious early music festivals in Europe.
Additionally, Alina Rotaru’s CD recordings of Froberger, Sweelinck, and “Parthenia” (among others) have been internationally acclaimed and can be heard on the Carpe Diem and Sono Luminus labels.
The program will feature music by Bach, Marchand, Jaquet de la Guerre, Rameau.
