Immerse yourself in a musical voyage with Music Director Steve Bell and Sharon Concert Band, as they present a program inspired by water.

The Band will play a wide selection of compositions arranged for wind ensemble including “Water Music Suite” by G.F.Handel, one of the most famous classical pieces ever written.“Sea Song Fantasy” by John Wasson, features sea shanties with familiar melodies while “The Falls” by Rosano Galante highlights brass fanfares to depict rushing water.

“Autumn on White Lake” by Samuel Hazo, utilizes soundscapes that represent rustic imagery on White Lake, Michigan.

A complimentary reception with refreshments will be held during intermission.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $7 for seniors and students in advance or $15 for adults, $10 for seniors and students at the door.

Take Pond Street south from Sharon Center approximately 1/2 mile, past High School on right. At rotary at Lake Massapoag, turn left onto East Street, follow to end. Turn right onto Mountain Street. Middle School is approximately 1/4 mile on right.
