This month, Amy K and Tiger Moan feature versatile blues fiddler Ilana Katz Katz.

Plus we'll have an open dance floor and a blues dance lesson from Blues Union to kick off the night.

Amy Kucharik & Tiger Moan - Specializing in vintage 'Vaudeville' blues with sass and class, Tiger Moan has entertained blues and swing dancers at events such as Sweet Molasses Blues, Blues Union, Yale Swing & Blues and MIT's Bread & Bones fusion dance.

Tiger Moan is known for covering the best blues standards and for funky originals with innovative lyrics.

With Amy Kucharik on vocals, ukulele, tenor guitar and harmonica and a rotating cast of top-notch musicians on keys, upright bass, horns, washboard and kit percussion, and more.

Ilana Katz Katz is an Americana fiddlin’ – and singin – chameleon.

She honed her skills for more than a decade on Boston’s subway platforms, emerging as a sought-after performer.

She’s recorded and performed with a who’s who of the Blues world, but also plays Appalachian music and more.

Ilana’s mesmerizing solo performances are distinctive, mixing old-timey singing and fiddling with her contemporary original songs – including scat singing with her fiddle.

You’ll still find her busking in the subway and on the streets when her schedule allows.

Her fourth record, In My Mind, was #72 for the year 2021 on the Contemporary Blues Roots Music Report album charts.

She’s also a published novelist, screenwriter, and visual artist known for her upcycled wearable art and for giving out her home-baked cookies at her performances.
