Jump into the Jam with our Klezmer Jam hosts, Rebecca Mac & Mattias Kaufmann!

All instruments, & levels of experience are welcome to join!

As usual, we'll start the evening with a slow jam, followed by a fast jam.

Come to one or both!

4:00 - 5:00 PM – Klezmer Workshop (In-person)
We'll learn a tune together, slowly by ear.

If you don't know a lot of tunes, or you're looking to add to your repertoire, this is a great opportunity for the Klez-pros and amateurs alike to learn something new!

5:00 - 7:00 PM – Klezmer Jam (In-person & Zoom)
Come to dance, listen, connect with community, & meet new friends.

Musicians are encouraged to join the band & play along!
Followed by latkes, other snacks, drinks & schmooze!

We highly recommend taking public transit to the Boston Synagogue. It is a 5 minute walk from Science Park or North Station on the green and orange lines, a 10 minute walk from Charles MGH station on the red line, and a 2 minute walk from the nearest Blue Bike station. Limited parking is available.
