The BFO's fifth anniversary season concludes with Tchaikovsky’s triumphant and deeply expressive 'Symphony No. 5,' a work that takes listeners on a journey from darkness to light.

Paired with this beloved symphony are two special contemporary works: 'Shift, Change, Turn' by Jessie Montgomery and 'Homage to Tchaikovsky' by Emma Lou Diemer that explore Tchaikovsky’s themes through a modern lens, bridging the past and present in a spectacular season finale.
