This 90 minute Candlelit ALL LEVELS evening will start with a slow flow class followed by longer holds in restorative and yin postures.
Reiki, energy healing, and hands on assists will be provided throughout the evening.
Crystal Quartz Singing bowls will be played throughout the night.
