The class will be an all levels flow with restorative yoga poses matched to a specific setlist to enhance the class theme.
Owner Kerry Ann will instruct the class and provide hands on healing energy while Larry Mancini plays acoustic guitar.
About Artist:
Larry Mancini is a guitarist, singer and songwriter from the Boston area.
Larry plays acoustic and electric styles, performing with several local groups, including All Good, The Lovelights, Dire Wolf and Uncle Johnny's Band.
For this session, we will feature a mix of Grateful Dead songs and classic americana & folk styles, to help create a relaxing, meditative and invigorating journey & flow.
