Ahoy, mateys - Boston Summer Opera and the Horizon Ensemble are bringing The Pirates of Penzance to Back Bay!

This fully staged production, featuring nearly fifty young Boston-based artists, brings Arlington Street Church’s beloved tradition of performing operetta at the church in the 80’s and 90’s back!

Julian Gau leads the Horizon Ensemble orchestra and Hannah Shanefield stage directs.

Arlington Street Church is located in Boston’s Bay Back neighborhood at the corner of Arlington and Boylston Streets across from the Public Garden. The MBTA Green Line Arlington Street stop is directly adjacent to the church. The Back Bay offers a limited amount of metered street parking. Metered parking ends at 8 PM, so you would only have to pay for half an hour of parking. You can also park at the Boston Common Garage (0 Charles Street) and walk across the Public Garden to Arlington Street Church. Resources for finding Back Bay parking include SpotAngels, BestParking, and Spot Hero.
