This special Little Criers edition brings Tchaikovsky’s beloved ballet to life in a relaxed, family-friendly setting at the Substation.

Designed for children ages 3–8 and their grown-ups, this interactive performance invites everyone to listen, move, imagine, and create alongside members of A Far Cry, Boston’s Grammy-nominated, self-conducted string orchestra.

🕔 Evening Schedule
5:00 PM — Doors open, relax and settle in
5:30 PM — The Nutcracker presentation begins
~6:15 PM — Program ends, stick around and hang out
~6:45 PM — Wrap-up and close

Whether your child is twirling like a Sugar Plum Fairy or leaping like a Russian dancer, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

✨ Join us for an evening of storytelling, music, and play — the perfect way to warm up a winter night.

Snacks (and beer for the grown-ups) will be available for purchase, and you’re also welcome to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy throughout the evening.
