Attendees can expect to gain a clear understanding of dyslexia and its warning signs as well as knowledge about effective interventions.
Topics will include the following: understanding and identifying the profile of a dyslexic learner, current research on dyslexia, information on locating and advocating for appropriate services, and a discussion of the current advocacy efforts of MA parents to increase opportunities for students with dyslexia in MA public schools.
