A Family Enrichment Center (284 Broadway Avenue) in Arlington on Monday, March 7 and March 14 from 6:30-9pm.
In this comprehensive, evidence-based class, you and your partner will prepare for a positive birthing experience by learning about nutrition, exercise, reducing labor risks, the different stages of labor, pain management, various comfort techniques and how to breathe properly during delivery.
Create your own birth plan and become familiar with the immediate post partum period.
You will leave with increased confidence, ready for this next exciting stage in your lives.
